They leave the alcohol behind, recombine the aroma and body, and add just a touch of premium grape juice to balance the final blend.

Giesen select fruit from vineyards in Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough brings citrus flavour to the wine and Waipara fruit gives floral characters to ensure a beautiful, structural Riesling.
