In many ways Damson is rapidly becoming one of Fox Denton’s most popular flavours. Although Sloe Gin is still their biggest seller given the traditional nature of many shoots they are finding many are now switching to Damson or Plum. Sourcing Damsons from small producers in Herefordshire, Northampton and Kent.
Intense and slightly tart the flavour of damson begins to taste almost like old fashioned cherry drop sweets. This Damson Gin is rich and jammy with lots of ripe berry on the nose, giving way to almond, allspice and juniper on the palate. Another winter warmer that you can enjoy in the summer! ABV 18.5%
