Domaine Jean Collet et Fils own some 40 hectares which they farm mainly organically, and the rest is in organic conversion. Romain Collet represents the new generation in charge of the Domaine. The Collets are fortunate in owning some of the finest land in Chablis.
The village Chablis comes from sites scattered around the town itself. Since 1999, an experimental parcel of organic Chablis has been maintained, Collet being one of the first in the region to follow the concept of sustainable viticulture.
This classic Chablis has aromas of ripe green and citrus fruits accompanied by freshness and minerality. A good length, classic structure and a slight, almost liquorice finish.
