The Cape Mentelle, Sixteen Hectares allows the Cabernet Sauvignon to take centre stage and showcasing its signature dark fruits, bright cassis, smack of eucalyptus and subtle hints of dried herbs. The Merlot, meanwhile, brings a subtle yet luxurious touch, adding plush blue fruits and warmth to the mix. As the flavours meld together, the wine is beautifully supported by supple tannins and neatly integrated oak, creating a wonderful taste experience.
