The Adobe Reserva Sauvignon Blanc has a varietally authentic with a nose of broken bay leaf, citrus zest a touch of grapefruit. A gentle, textural palate with bright citrus acidity and green apple.
Emiliana’s Organic wines are certified by IMO of Switzerland. These wines with tremendous character and personality are made with great respect for the environment. No pesticides are used in the vineyards, which are worked with an eye towards increasing their biodiversity.
