This delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from Acula in Granada and is made from olive varieties Picual and Hojiblanca. It is a superior quality oil with a wonderful nutty flavour. Grown and produced by the Garcia Casas Family in Granada, Spain. The pits of the olives are incinerated, powering 40% of the mill’s energy needs.
Molino la Condesa has a soft taste, with hints of almonds and apple. Its aroma is reminiscent of fresh grass. It is slightly pungent with a light heat.
Use for finishing fish, salads, vegetables, and cheeses. With its soft flavour it is great for use on fish, and in baking. Try sautéing to add complexity without overwhelming delicate dishes.
