This unoaked Syrah is taken from the three main plots of vines in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. It is given a little micro-oxygenation, making for a wine which can be drunk quite young. Rich and generous black fruit, velvety tannins and a lifted freshness on the finish. A great wine to pair with pheasant, pigeon or barbecued beef.
