Rooted in the Mâconnais region for several generations, the Vignerons des Terres Secretes are committed to revealing to you the sparkling secrets of their terroirs.
The Cremant de Bourgogne, Terres Secretes, Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. The vines are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains, with exposures varying from west to east. Soils: Clay-limestone soils, typical of Burgundy and favorable to the growth of the vine. The grapes are whole-harvest pressed and alcoholic fermentation is in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aged on slats for a minimum of 18 months. Dosage: Brut.
This Crémant de Bourgogne Brut reveals a brilliant pale gold colour with a fine mousse. The nose is fruity and floral. The palate is both light and round. The red grape varieties provide a vinous and structured touch. Ideal as an aperitif or with dessert, it can also accompany white meat or poultry.
