Cremant de Bourgogne, Terres Secretes, Blanc to Blancs

The “terroir” for the Terres Secretes Cremant extends across the entire Burgundy region, with different typical features and originality depending on the zones. The harvest is by hand in openwork crates before the grapes are fully mature.

The vines are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains, with exposures varying from west to east. Clay-limestone soils, typical of Burgundy and favourable to the growth of the vine. The grapes undergo direct pressing with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aged on slats for 18 months. Dosage: Brut

This Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs, with its brilliant gold colour, reveals a fine bead of delicate bubbles. The nose is subtle with notes of lemon zest. The palate finds its balance between lively, predominantly floral notes and the finesse of white fruit aromas. With a good length, the palate is fresh and elegant. Ideal as an aperitif, the finesse of the Chardonnay pairs wonderfully with a lovely seafood platter or sushi.
