Bird in Hand – located on an old gold mine in the Adelaide Hills – was born in 1997 and has developed a strong cult following. It isn’t hard to see why. The Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé has a beautiful pale pink colour and tastes of strawberries and cream, fresh cherries, red apples, baker’s yeast and white flowers abundant in this wine. Perfect for those in search of a bargain who find most Champagne too tart. A delicate bead and heavenly pinot perfume.
